Many worlds interpretation-dragon ball watch order

DragonBallception

Many fans around the world love Dragon Ball; however, one thing is for sure their many timelines. Dragon Ball is a superpower genre, comes with planet busting, space travel, outer world, heaven and hell, and deep spirit world travel, multiverse transversing adventure.  What a mouth full. It has been a pioneer for many anime genres. Come to think about many superpower/adventure anime genres follows Dragon Ball boilerplate you start with earthly problems then out of now where space aliens get involved. Soon after all of a sudden, you find yourself deep in the spirit world and dealing with other universes. One aspect that Dragon Ball likes to leverage is higher dimensions and different timelines.

With over 20 titles and OVAs, the questions come up canon or non-canon is up for debate and continuously hangs over the series. The problem comes up what canon is? It all depends on what dimension you are looking at the Dragon Ball timeline.

In physics and string theory, what we now know how the world is made up, there are ten dimensions. Wherein ten dimension every possible action everything possible and imaginable is covered. This is a point I like focus every aspect in the  Dragon Ball series, or OAV are just time splits based and alternative earth(s)on possible actions.

For example, what would happen if Goku arrives on time in Sayain Sage before Yamcha dies, probably Tree of Might or World’s Strongest Movie. What if Vegeta killed the 2nd form of Cell before he becomes Perfect Cell then Bojack Movie could have taken place. There are nearly infinite possibilities—every Dragon Ball production in its own right is canon, looking in this way. Many worlds interpretation gives the argument where even Super Dragon Ball Heroes can be "canon."

The emergence Dragon Ball Super, you see higher dimensions beings converse like how the angels Whis and his brother and sisters are 7th dimensions beings where you have access to different worlds. The Angels in Dragon Ball can easily traverse and have access to any other multiverses.

Zeno in Dragon Ball Super current kid form is just one dimension of his form.

Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball Z Kai Paradox

Is there more than one Earth? Well, in with multiple timelines, there can be many earths like (Earth-One, Earth-Two, Earth ...) all with some people, but just like I said before, different choices mean different split of timelines or even Earths from the future. In some cases, various dialogues and fourth wall different background music...lol.

Korin's Cat

Despite all the previous movies before showing the different timelines like spanning many different dimensions. It showed its head during  The History of Trunks and Cell Saga where you have three timelines overlapping, and Trunks come from a troubled place in the timeline where Goku died. Cell, the main antagonist, killed Trunks and stole his time machine, coming from a timeline where the two androids he needs to be perfect where destroyed. Any of these scenarios can play off numerous decisions and time splits and more OVA occurrences.

However, Trunk's decision to go back in time made a significant ripple and affected the events in Dragon Ball Super. Whenever Trunks went back to the past, whether in the running episodes or OVAs, it affects more timelines spinning off more "universe 7" fifth and sixth dimension realities. Was Trunks responsible for the emergence of Dragon Ball Super?

Within The multiverse, you have a Twin.

If there are many timelines and many earths in the multiverse, then there must be a person who looks just like you. Right? Is your twin evil or good? Well, with Goku, there is Xeno Goku and Black Goku, all from different dimensions and streams of reality but still "Goku" nonetheless. In the  "Future" Trunks Saga in Dragon Ball Super, Zamasu, the main antagonist revealing 6th dimension powers went to different timelines of the same universe(universe 7) to steal Goku's body and then loop to another universe 7 to find himself again so both can carry on "Zero Mortal Plan" across the multiverse. His grand vision got him pretty far and theoretical the only bad guy to have never lost to Dragon Ball fighters.

Just the Beginning

Here is the full spectrum of the Dragon Ball franchise watch order with timelines and many streams of reality. With a new venture on how multiple dimensions can overlap, you hopefully watch the dragon ball series with more interest and conjuring "what if" scenarios. Have fun!
